You’ll often hear me say that the best advice i can give is that you should aim to make your plate mostly bright colors – red, purple orange yellow and intense greens – and reduce the browns and whites (except for garlic, onions, etc.). In addition to a broad variety of important nutrients, it’s also more joyful looking and delicious. It’s an easy goal to visualize.
